If your club would like to take advantage of a Club Account, please complete the Club Account application via the online form. Once approved, you will be sent an email to activate the account and create a password. You'll then be able to commence placing orders!

Your Club Account registration will be confirmed via email upon which you'll be prompted to create a secure password for login. You can use these details to login to access your Club Account. If you didn't receive a registration email, it's likely that the email address is already being used for an normal (individual) Ref Warehouse customer account. Since a single email address cannot be used for two accounts, you'll need to supply a new email address for your Club Account or edit the individual account. If you're having issues please email us: sales@refwarehouse.com.au. We recommend clubs, schools and associations use a generic email address (eg: officials@...) as the Club Account email login. This makes for an easier transfer in the event of staff changes, allows multiple purchasers to access the Club Account, and enables an individual to maintain a personal Ref Warehouse customer account.

Once logged in, you will automatically see the pricing available to your club. Some products will have a fixed discount, while others will reward you for purchasing more under our tiered pricing. These pricing structures will be displayed in a breakdown table on each product. If you can't see the discounts, please email us.

Simply shop online as per normal by adding products to your shopping cart. Alternatively, you can use the Quick Order Form for a streamlined process. Once you've finished, simply head to the online checkout and complete the purchase. You can pay via credit card or PayPal immediately, or select bank deposit if you'd prefer to transfer funds directly to our account. Once the funds have cleared we'll be able to ship your order!

Firstly, double-check you've successfully logged in to the account. Once in, the system will automatically calculate the savings prior to check-out, so don't worry if the price doesn't change on the product pages or in your cart summary. During the checkout process you will also be prompted if products haven't met the minimum requirements for accessing the discount (eg: qty multiples or minimums).

We've found the cause of most Club Account login issues revolve around email address. The main problem is that one email address cannot be used for both individual and club/school/association login types. If your club didn't receive an email with your club's login details it's most likely due it being already used for an individual Ref Warehouse customer account. In this situation, our sales staff can edit the email associated with the individual's customer account so it can be used against a new Club Account. Otherwise, create a new email account for your club and signup directly or advise us to update/re-issue the Club Account to this address.

Simply click 'forgot password' to have your Club Account password reset. You will be guided on email and prompted to create a new password. If you're still having problems please email us.

Our stock levels are constantly changing, particularly on our most popular club items. If you have some items that are listed as out of stock, don't hesitate to email us to enquire on the latest stock movements.
Alternatively, products listed as 'backordered' means that more stock is on its way, and in most cases an estimated arrival date will be displayed. You will still be able to place orders against these products to ensure you secure stock from the incoming allocation, and we will fulfil when it arrives. During checkout, you can also select 'partial shipping' which will mean we dispatch available items on the order. Please note, additional shipping fees may be required for partial shipping, and/or we may contact you to advise if the new stock is arriving imminently and whether you would like to wait a little longer.

When completing an online order you will automatically receive a link to download a PDF invoice in the order confirmation form. If you can't locate this please email us. If your club requires an invoice prior to paying, please email us for assistance. Otherwise, selecting 'Bank Deposit' as the payment method will confirm the order and generate the invoice for download.
